The refined atmosphere evokes the charm of traditional clubs, wrapping guests in a warm, welcoming setting. Soft lighting, elegant materials, and an intimate feel make it the perfect place to relax and savor each drink at a leisurely pace, letting yourself be carried away by the aromas and flavors of gin.
Our offering stands out for a carefully curated selection of gins, featuring niche labels and independent distilleries chosen with care to offer unique tasting experiences. To showcase each distillate’s qualities, we propose three serving methods designed to highlight its aromas and structure:
• Gin Tonic – crafted with the utmost attention to deliver a superior tasting experience. We use chilled glasses, a crystal-clear ice stick that cools without watering down the drink, and serve the tonic separately, allowing you to pour it as you wish to best enhance the gin’s aromatic profile.
• Collins – a serving method that accentuates the gin’s fragrances while softening the perception of alcohol, thanks to the addition of fresh citrus and soda. The result is a longer, lighter, more harmonious drink that lets you fully appreciate the gin’s aromatic notes without overpowering them.
• Sour – for those who love complexity, it’s a perfect balance of acidity, sweetness, and structure, made even more intriguing by the softness of the foam.
For those who want to delve deeper into the tasting experience, we offer the option of adding a 2 cl sample of the chosen gin, so you can appreciate its pure form before it’s mixed.
Every cocktail we serve is prepared with the utmost care, thanks to pre-batched mixing that ensures consistent quality and a perfect integration of ingredients. Additionally, each month we select a gin producer and create a dedicated cocktail list, offering a fresh experience to both enthusiasts and the curious.
